Grace is a Clinical Pharmacist at Pharmaceutical Rehabilitation Services.
After graduating from University of Queensland in 2005, Grace completed her internship at a small community pharmacy that also supported a number of nursing home residents.
Since then, Grace has gained extensive experience in several diverse clinical settings. This has included Community Pharmacy, Residential Aged Care Services and a number of Hospital Pharmacies. Of particular note, Grace spent almost seven years at a specialist Mental Health facility. This experience was invaluable in shaping Grace to be the Clinician she is today and ignited her passion to join the team at PRS.
Prior to joining the practice, Grace worked on a number of eHealth initiatives providing clinical support for the use and adoption of electronic medical records in both Government and Private organisational settings.
Grace is dedicated to helping her patients and enjoys supporting them to become the best version of themselves!
Outside of work, Grace loves getting into the outdoors hiking and camping, as well as spending time with her cute dog!
